expired passport id sent by private candidate (pakistan)

i sent an expired passport id and british council sent a deadline of 22 aug for it's renewal or i can send my CNIC number but i am not of age (not 18) ..so no id with me ...and on 22 it's eid..how can i renew a passport so quickly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????????

i wanna ask....." if i can send the number of my bay form?" i have no CNIC for goodness sakes!!!!!!
and there r some people who don't have passports too........

I was confronted with a similar situation last year, when my passport ID was also expired. But then I shared this problem with the British Council and they asked for my bay form. In the meantime, I wrote a letter to the GCE department, British Council about the problem. They processed the details, and in the meantime, I submitted my passport for renewal, which had to be deposited with British Council before the issuance of statement of entry. So I did the way they suggested and rest everything went smoothly!.!

and in the mean time i will have to get my passport renewed and have to get it deposited before i recieve the SOE?

There are certain timmings when they would.
Call them between 12 pm to 2 pm.
British Council Pakistan would be 'closed' on account of Eid.
Therefore you should wait till Thursday. Try this number as an alternative.

ok...so.....just one more question....can i email them the scanned document via scanner (bay form)?
or i will have to visit the standard chartered bank and deposit it there
