if you do A levels and then the equivalence is made. In that case subjects other than that taken in A level will be taken.
If you have Maths, biology, chemistry and physics in A levels then they'll take rest 4 from the O level. such as Urdu, English, Islamiyat and Pak.studies.
If doing FSC then all subjects will contribute in the equivalence.

No there wont be any difficulty.
The equivalence doesnot depend on any particular subject. they do it according to your overall grades. I got my equivalence certificate made last year. I dont remember the exact mark deduction but ill check and let you know tommorow.
But ill give you an honest advice from my personal experience, DONOT do Fsc after Olevels. Its an extremely bad desicion. You honestly have no idea what you are going for. Its horrible. I went for Fsc after Olevels but I couldnt stay there for more than two weeks and then i went back to Alevels and I dont regret it even one bit.
The teaching pattern of Fsc is entirely different from Olevels. The teachers go so fast, we completed five chapters of bio in two weeks. You dont understand a single thing and they dont answer your questions. you are left confused and depresssed. And its the same with every college. Plus you have to constanly attend a tution centre since day one.
Trust me dont go for it. you can never study unless you enjoy it and Fsc was like torture.

YES! I know it was just too depressing.
I was soo confident that I would have no problem doing it and Im soo ready for this challenge. However I realised very soon that it was no act of chivalry rather it was inflicting self torture.

True. Even a person who has done O level cannot be sure that going to F.Sc would ensure that he would get very high marks to compensate for the equivalance. A level decision is better.

You wont have a problem if you apply in the medical uni's in punjab that includes KE, RMC etc. Their entrance test for Alevel students is based on Alevel syllbus. But if you want to apply at Agha Khan you would have to study the courseork of Fsc. And for either you must have good grades because olevel grades are based on the overall grades you get but in alevels they only count bio, chem and physics. If you ace your entrance test you wont have any problem. Wait for your result and than get the equivalency certificate made from FBISE.
If you do fsc not only would you have to adapt to a new system but in addition to that you would have you study hard for urdu, isl, eng and p.studies. they effect your overall marks.
