Most possibly they got it from the Teacher's website where CAIES release their papers earlier than releasing them publicly.
Yes good question though. I think that these are original and it would be confirmed when papers are released on CAIES website.

But to me it doesn't matter and shouldn't matter to anyone else because at least we get some practice material and that good enough.
