i know b part bt how do we draw reaction force??

Okay so extend a verticle dotted line above weight W till it meets the tension in wire label it as P ... then draw a line from the hinge till it meets point P ! That is the reaction of the hinge N ! Direction is upwards. Here through my estimate the reaction N meets at T.

Logic ... Three forces passes from the same point establish an equilibrium!
