I gave my ETEA entrance test for medical and got really low score! 
Can I apply on foreign seat now like after the test as i know it's the biggest mistake ever but i DIDNT apply BEFORE the test! I MIGHT get into kmc/amc on foreign seat
I ' want to waste a year is there anyway out?
