frequency density????

as i draw histograms, sometimes i wonder why do we have to show it with frequency density???? y cant we just do it frequency? i mean wat does frequency density actually represents????

frequncy density is used when the class sizes are different it is calculated as frequency density=frequency/class size

jst know this dat area of bars in histogram represents the frequency!
