Further Mathematics, whether or not I should take it.

Salam,
I am from Bangladesh.

I am highly confused with whether or not to take Further Mathematics along with my four subjects [ Math, Physics, Chem, Bio].

I just want to know how many people actually take it. I heard from someone, that in my country, no one took it and got an A in Cambridge. Is Edexel Further Math much easier than Cambridge Further Math?
And Is it that hard?

Back in Pakistan, how many of you actualy took it?

Also, do you think it is wise to risk taking 5 subjects?

In this May/June, I sat for 4 of my O levels -
Bangla - 68 C
Chem - 91 A*
Bio - 95 A*
Eng - 100 A*.

And this sessions [ oct nov]
I am sitting for Math D, Physics, Add Math, Human Bio.

What should be a suitable result in Add Math and Math D in result that I may think of taking Further Math? I am already late. I was suppose to start studying for my A levels in July. Now I have to cram my butt off.

Don't take Further Maths, unless you secure an A* in Mathematics and atleast an A in additional maths. I have the same combination as yours: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Maths and Further Mathematics. Sincerely speaking, Further Maths is much more challenging than any other subject you would have encountered. You study university Mathematics ahead of time and so it usually gets you. Only keep FM if you are really good and extremele interested in Mathematics, otherwise, just drop the idea.
