General English Question.

OK, in English as a Second Language, the last Q, Q7, is article writing
If in that exercise, they write:
Give your views (Do we have to give our opinions or do we have to describe adv. and disadv.)
Give your opinions. (I know this but just need to confirm)

I think that both statements mean the same thing and ask for your individual view/opinion.

They ask for advantages and disadvantages by using the sentence;
"The comments above may give you some ideas, but you are free to use any ideas of your own."

It doesnt give that much, you had to create some of your own
