General Paper (8001) results.

I appeared in General Paper (8001) in October 2011 with uber-high expectations of an 'A' grade, but was instead greeted with a 'D' on the result day. I mean, a freaking 'D'? I had been averaging in the 90s throughout the entire session and had much reason to claim that the CIE manuscript of mine was as rich as anything I had ever written before, at the college. I suspect some mess-up, but does this happen? If it does, what should I do?

P.S: I got 2 As in AS levels and 6 As in O' Level (with an 'A' in English language).

I got 91 in my General Paper....I was wondering if that was 91 in 100 or 91% of highest marks?????Anyone has any idea?????Help will be really appreciated.....
And does anyone know when CIE announces highest achievers????
