general question about igcse and olevels

Guys can someone tell me whats the difference between olevels, igcse and gcse and gce. Im getting confused. I know that gcse is only in the UK.

I'm not very sure about that but I think GCE (O-level) is for Singapore and IGCSE is for international students.

i dont think so because everyone in pakistan studies gce, still not sure what these things mean.
