Giving A2 in a different zone (Urgent help required)

Salam everyone;
ok so i've been studying here in Saudi Arabia and I am giving my AS exams this oct/nov. The thing is my dad just retired and I'll be moving to Pakistan. I want to give my A2 exams in may/jun 2015. I heard rumors that my AS and A2 exams should be given in the same region (or zone idk). Are the rumors true? If so can someone recommend me if I should give composite a-levels in may/jun or should I go back to Saudi Arabia and just give A2?. And by the way, the current laws in Saudi Arabia aren't going to let me arrive as a tourist or student so does the British Council offers sponsorships or visas?

dude in the first place what matters is your grades these things are just all rumors and will remain rumors
