Going to high school after O levels.

I will be heading to high school in the states after O levels (going into 12th grade) I wanted to ask are credits transferred easily? And is high school easier than O levels? The school also offers IB, what is the competition between IB and O levels?

I've heard its comparatively easier than O levels but I'm not sure bro I haven't studied in the states. You might wanna consult someone who is doing high schooling from Pakistan (if thats where you're from) like someone who goes to cheaufat or whatever that school is in Lahore
