Grade threshold doubt

Hi,
according to the physics and all the other science grade threshold it says the raw mark is 130 for the AS component,but if you add up P1 P2 and P3 you get 140 :O
do any of you know how CIE calculate our raw marks out of 130

Its cuz of the practical ppl dey adjust marks

The physics practical is marked out of 40 but graded out of 30
