No, you have got everything wrong lol :p
The total marks for ICT is out of 300 & not 260!!!!!! Its out of 300 because they total your marks to 300 depending on the weight-age of each paper.. So that means to get an A* in total you have to get 83 % in TOTAL.
In paper 11, you need only 65/100 to get an A because theory papers are harder that practical papers so that is why the grade threshold for that paper is comparatively lower that practical papers. So, that is why in total you need 83 % to get an A *
