Grade thresholds....HELP

Guys what are they and how does percentile work with this?and can anybody guess threshold for isl pk std and urdu B for may 2013 session..

thrashhold depends on the paper difficulty means if paper is difficult on lower marks we can get good grade
and sry i dont know other thing
