Graphic Calc help! ASAP!!!

My goddamn graphic calculator (Casio 9860G) has gone insane. It will not give me correct graphs. I'll give you an example. I gave an IGCSE maths exam where I had to divide x by root of (x^2+4)(X^2+1)
I'm pretty sure my graph was correct as everyone else got the same thing- but now its showing me some weird curve that didnt exist at all!!
Someone tell me what is happening!! Quick!!
