is the determinants in the CIE syllabus ?i can"t understand the Mathematical Induction on the CIE syllbus...what is that mean?

Determinant is part of the Matrices topic and yest it's part of the CIE syllabus. Mathematical Induction is a method of prooving a given expression. I think you have started studying this subject in your school, let the teacher teach you and all your confusion will be gone.
