It won't matter much, as long as it is understandable.
If someone writes complete gibberish that no examiner is able to interpret, obviously it will be a bad impact on the result.

But having a ''good'' hand-writing, doesn't really increase the marks, if that's what you are asking.

You're writing has to be coherent. That's actually it. But, if you're writing is good, I believe it leaves a good impression on the examiner. Just think about it. If you were to pick up a student's essay, would you pick one which is badly written or one which has been penned in better handwriting. Obviously the latter. But it won't get you any extra marks if that's what you have in time. Simply, if you have the time and knowledge to complete the paper, try to write nicely. If you don't, just make sure what you're writing in understandable.
