HEC recognition for MQA?

Just asking, if someone does some degree from Malaysia, and that course is recognized by MQA, which is an education quality assurance agency controlled by government, just like our HEC in Pakistan. Will HEC also recognize it? i would really apreciate a referance from HEC itself. thanks and regards

for example, if someone has done a bachelors from Malaysia from MQA recognized course, does that means it is recognized by HEC?

You've got to contact HEC for this. They have different policies for different countries and so you've got to ask about the validity of MQA's degree from an HEC person.
