Help! Can Travel and Tourism's O-Level Exam Be Given In Pakistan?

I'm in my last year of O-levels and really want to take Travel and Tourism as an extra subject, but the form here for the 2012 registeration doesn't show it to be a subject that is available in Pakistan or can be given as a subject if you're in Pakistan.
Could someone confirm this?

Has someone from Pakistan previously given Travel and Tourism in O-levels?
