Help finding %uncertainty [Physics P3]

The process of finding %uncertainty/uncertainty is still unclear to me. Can anyone explain how its done in the practical?

it is really simple ( least count divided by the value into 100 ) e.g in voltmeter the least count is 0.01 and the value or average value is 45V most of the time average value is taken but you should solve it according to the question the percentage uncertainity would be calculated as follows ( 0.01/45)x100 , hope u r clear now.

But sometimes people take 0.02 instead of 0.01. Why is that?
