in the 14 mark question on delay in constitution making, the reason of minorities was really less and i am unable to write a proper paragraph on it.
could someone plz write that paragraph.

you don't really have to write a big paragraph on it. you just have to explain it and all (even if it does not take many lines). write better about the other factors.
