It's quite simple. For a histogram, the frequency is proportional to the area of the bar.
Frequency ----------- Area
16-----------------> (2x4)cm2 = 8 cm2
=> 20-----------------> 8/16 x 20 = 10 cm2.
So, the rectangle representing masses in the interval 90 < m < 95 must have an area of 10 cm2. From the previous info, you can see that a width of 2 cm represents a 10 g interval so in this case the width should be 1 cm (halved) to represent a 5 g (halved) interval. So length of rectangle = 10/1 cm = 10 cm.
