IGCSE ICT syllabus is very basic, things we already know and use in our lives. If you didn't take it earlier, it is definitely not a problem. Just work a little harder on the basic concepts, you won't find it too hard in AS. However, I'd suggest you take the opinion of AS stidents as well since they have the experience.
