Thanks A big! I really needed that.... LIKE x10^100You do not draw the individual cells in a plan diagram. Just indicate the different layers. For this, a thin, outermost layer is the epidermis. Th dark blue ring you see is the endodermis. Within this are the xylem and phloem. So, basically you just draw lines to indicate where the structures are, but you have to be careful of their proportions.
This one should give you a fair idea. I'm sorry but I am not really good at drawing.
