Friends i stuck out in english help me to get an A+ with your opinion and suggestions!

English, as it is not our mother tongue, cannot be learned in a few days or even months. It requires gradual effort spread over the years that make up your school life.
To learn a language, you need to use it. And the best ways to do that is:
1) Read
2) Speak
3) Listen (Movies fall in this category too. )

But right now, with the exams so close, you better get familiar with the paper pattern and learn the tricks to solve it. This technique of beating the examiners at their own game with as little knowledge as possible and basically planning the solution of the paper, will get you at most a B. Or an A, if you do it to perfection.

Focus on improving your vocabulary and writing skills.

if ur taking cie, practice writing articles and letters alot
mostly focus on grammar and structure

Can anyone tell me correct paterns for directed writing?
and if it is mention start your letter witth"Dear sir " then is there need to write pattern?
because i had heard from some teachers that pattern is compulsory..!
