Assalamoalaikum!!
Well yeah this question is IGCSE Physics (ATP)
so what u have to do is draw two resistors in series (these reperesent AB and BC) and one resistor in parallel (this represents CD) to both of them...
and voltmeter will be parallel to the resistors in series...so basically u have 3 parallel cpnnections ...starting from top..for the first one u'll have only one resistor..next u'll have two.. and then u'll have a voltmeter.. hope this helps
