Help me to choose which Q paper to download

this site have 3 papers in each single paper.

For Example in Biology 5090 Paper 1 it has

5090_s10_qp_11.pdf
5090_s10_qp_12.pdf
5090_s10_qp_13.pdf

Biology 5090 Paper 2 it has

5090_s10_qp_21.pdf
5090_s10_qp_22.pdf
5090_s10_qp_23.pdf

I do not Understand what to download. Please Help me,

They are called variants.
Variants are papers which follow same difficulty level but have different questions.
Variants help reduce the risk of paper leak between countries with huge time zone differences.
To find the variant for your country simply check the timetable of your zone.
But for practice, download all three since they are in same format and follow same difficult level.
