HELP NEDDED!URDU(3248) AND PAK-STUDIES(2059/02)

Actually, I will be giving Pak Studies,Islamiyat and urdu in the may/june 2019 session, wanted to ask how should I start studing and what topics are important for paper 2 of pak studies as I find it difficult also need some suggestions on how i should improve my urdu. THANKS
