Help needed in chem paper 6!

hey guys,
I've a question in nov 2010 varient 2 paper 6 chem , question number 3 , d) i)
how am i supposed to know which one has the highest temperature as it is not mentioned in the question by saying 'the temperature was different'? =\
hope you guys help me! thanks in advance
