help needed in physics section B paper 4

Assalamualaikum everyone hope you all are doing well.
Desperately Seeking the list of topics (in section B) that I need to memorize...didn't start section B yet, so help needed really badly.

some of the important things are:
properties of x-rays
CT scan
MRI
ultrasound.. learn these topics you can get a 4 or 5 marks questions (in case of MRI 6 marks!) on any of these..
attenuation numericals
mobile phones (MUST)
definition of frequency/amplitude modulation
u should know how to convert binary to decimals and vice versa
definition of attenuation,noisedigital and analogue signals
properties of op amp+ all different types of circuits
advantages of data tranmission in digital form
a few apps and advantages of different means of communication like wie pair/co axial cable

well its pretty much everything but pp ques are repeated on the topics mentioned above.

how do you convert from binary to decimals? :/

Suppose u need to convert 0010 to decimal
1.write powers of two in order starting from right : 2^3 2^2 2^1 2^0
2. Express the powers in normal numbers : 8 4 2 1
3.write the binary given beneath the numbers u
Got in the above step: 0 0 1 0
4. 1 means accept 0 means reject so x x ★ x
5. Hence the decimal is 2

Note : I used 'x' as to present 'reject' and '★' to presrent 'accept'.
