Help needed regards on A level grade

Cut to the chase, Last year I've obtained a C(c) grade for my CIE A2+AS Law subject and I want to improve my grade thus retaking my A2 papers only on this june session,
How if I get an Ungraded for my A2 this time ? will the highest marks obtained taken into account or I'm just simply fail?

I'm so worried about this, hope someone could clarify :/

Look at your Statement of Entry, if it says " AS/A2 Carried over from October/November 2013" then you already have a guaranteed C grade, and a U won't be counted in your result. If this isn't written in your SOE, then your CURRENT grades are counted.

It wrote AS mark carried forward from Oct/Nov 2012..and I hope it included A2 as well in case I've fail my A2 this time :/
