Help needed related to my igcse certificate

Well I have given my.igcse exam as a private candidate in jedda k.s.a.
after recieving my certicate I wanted to join indian school to co.plete my 10th but thy asked for an eqvivalent certificate from the brotosh council.
britosh council rejectd saying thy dont provide such letter. I tried in other school and everyone is asking for such a letter from btitish council
I am trapped now. Either i repeat my 10th using some.other.boars or.get the required letter.from the council
please help

You don't get equivalent certificate from British Council. You get it from your own local board (to make your international grades equivalent to local). Ask your local board about this issue.
