Help on Computer O'level Coursework

hey i need help on preparing a ORDER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM as my coursework for my O'levels.

How are you going to implement this? For my O Level project I made a full application using .net framework languages but this needs skill. Check out msdn.microsoft.com if you want to learn programming on Windows. You can also use C++ and qt, Java or whatever you feel comfortable with.
