Error should not be negative so its wrong.

How do i plot this as an error bar?
I mean, is it 0.4 on top and 0.4 on bottom or 0.2 on top or 0.2 on bottom ?

The same way as you calculate for best fit line, just in this case use worst fit gradient instead of best fit.
