Help with the degree attestation/equivalence thing?

Assalam Alikum/Hi,

I wanted to know if in future I go to HEC with a foreign degree having done O levels and Foundation Studies (Not A Levels 11th and 12th) and they will attest the degree or not. Has anybody else experienced this with their degrees or anything? I'm really concerned because my foundation just completed and someone has just told me about that they wont attest because you haven't done Inter or A levels. :/ Stuck in a pine hole I guess.
