Check mark schemes or examiner reports in that case . It varies from paper to paper and from year to year.

Well it changes accordingly. CIE doesn't fix the limits for the scores. They calculate a threshold by taking an average of how well students did. As it wouldn't be fair if a paper turned out to be way tougher than others!
IGCSE/O Levels : Even An A* is Pretty Low!!
But in Contrast ALevels Is god damn high always!
