hy i wanted to knw if we have to write the the surah number and number of verse while quoting a verse in islamiat paper

It's better if you write them. It gives a better impression to the examiner.
But it's not compulsory.

so does it effect the grades or marks i mean if we mention thy r going to give xtra marks or something

Not really. No extra marks for mentioning verse number.
But, just learn the common ones...
And if you don't remember a verse number, you can just write (Al-Quran).. just to be on the safe side.
