Hello, I need help. I have to decide between English as a second language and English as a first language (for IGCSE). english is not my mother tongue. Is it hard to achieve good grades in English as first language?

Well yea it is a bit hard and i recommend you to go with english 2nd languge or if you wanna go with 1st language just try your best :wink:

I recommend you going for E2L (English as a second Language). Because:

You would find it relatively easy.
Easy to achieve grades.
Will help you later in life.
Will upgrade your English, speaking, listening and writing skills.

THE BEST CHOISE IS English as a secondlanguage as some of my friend who gave english as a first languge got bad grades and are very dissappointed and discouraged. and you will get goog grades in e2l
