History IGCSE - what to study?

[Hopeless]

For paper 1 of the History Igcse will I be ok if I study the following :
- causes of WW1
- peace treaties
- League of Nations
- causes of WW2
and obviously my depth study : Germany
I know that they include 4 qu on the 19th century and 4 on the 20th century. Usually WW1 is qu4 and qu5 is either about the treaties or about the league. Qu6 is usually causes of WW2 so this leaves me with 3 choices. My question is, is it possible that they leave out 3 of the above topics?

I think Paper 2 is Treaties, so this topic wont come out in paper 1.
