Any advice? Im done with sec 1 & 2 and what should i do from 3?:/ i dont really understand ministries and all.. Can i skip it?

Yes. You can Skip, Section 3 comprises only of the last 2 Question but still its your choice..

yes it is correct actually its juzt sort of an introducton so if you think you have time to write it you can do so to be on the safe side but its not really that neccessary and it should be just one or two lines not longer.

Introductiob is like if they ask why muslim league formed you say
The muslims wanted their own political party
Then you go on to identifying and then explaining the reasons like you said but i reapeat that its just to be on the safe side. I also had this confusion because the teacher i had first told us to write it but the one now tells to not write it so its mostly up to you. hope i helped ask again if you need to understand this or anything else.
