my history teacher who took the pakistan studies workshop of CIE on tuesday and wednesday told me that now there is no limit for the number of paragraphs for the 7 marks question for history. we may write how many we like but in the syllabus its says that "answers require 2 paragrahs of writing"
then how many are we supposed to write?
iam attaching a copy of the syllabus with this thread and in which i have highlighted the statemaent writtten above so that you can confirm it. ur replies will be very appreciated...

Technically.. in a 7 marks ques to achieve full marks we need 3 reasons, and you have to explain each of those reasons. The way I do it is state one reason and explain it and so on for the other two reasons. Thus, I do it in 3 paragraphs. Usually taking 3/4 of a page and that is more than sufficient. And yea, your teacher is right that you may write as much as possible, but there is no need to write so much. And the syllabus doesn't necessarily state that the answer MUST be of 2 parahraphs. Just stick to your facts and don't spend too much time on it:)

Hope this answered your ques. :$
