How do we send unofficial SAT score reports?

I need to send my SAT score to a Pakistani university by 20th june. Is that possible? if it's not then how do we send unofficial score report?

which uni in PAkistan do you want to send..?go to collegeboard and click send and view scores.then write the code of that uni.the fees is $11 dollars for normal shipping and $44 for rush hour shipping.

I'm applying to SZABIST and I won't be in town to give the test. So I have to submit my SAT score as an alternative. After how many weeks will my scores reach if I do the rush hour shipping? Btw, tthe webiste says $31 for the rush hour shipping.
