I have given a few sample tests and seen sites regarding the explanations of essay scoring. SO I know two people grade it each out of the 6, and the average is my essay score. But how does this score get into the scaled score? The essay is different from Math,Writing and Critical reading. It is a section of its own. So say I got my raw marks in Math,Writing and Critical reading and then scaled them off, is this my final score? For example lets say I got 700 in Math, 680 in writing and 720 in Critical reading. And my essay score is 5. So my aggregate score is 700+680+720 right? If that is the case, I havent used my essay scores then! So how do i incorporate them?
