How: Depends on your school, by filling out a form or something
Why: Most of the careers need proper educational background therefore we need atleast 3 subjects to also get a university

Why do you want to take only 2? What are you planning to do after A levels? Most universities require at least 3 A-levels. If you don't intend to apply to some university, then you can go ahead with only 2. In any case though, I recommend doing 3 or 4 A levels.

I still recommend you give 3 though. I mean if you want to get into a good university then will require at least 3 subjects.
