To fix network and connectivity issues, start by checking that your router and modem are both on and connected. Restart your device and the router to see if that helps. Make sure your Wi-Fi settings show you're on the correct network. If problems persist, update the network drivers on your device. Also, contact your internet service provider to find out if there are any outages in your area.​
