How to prepeare for AS General Paper?

Can someone please tell me how to prepare for this subject without a teacher? I will probably sit for it next May, I don't know where to start. I need some guidance! :)

Well no matter what kind of alien are you, you won't be able to prepare with out a teacher some questions are insane. Internet can't give you every thing. Plus, if you can't control yourself, then you won't be able to do Maths, i mean you will be distracted easily.
Books and exams are easy but some questions are really hard. And for some questions you need to know an easy method rather than using A Level syllabus to solve it :)

I guess he just said the, he will give exams in May/June 2015, so he has this whole year to prepare. He is just asking for tips. :)
