well first of all go through all of the syllabi of the subs which u are going to give
to be on the right track, u shud have already gone through the syllabus

next try to solve as many past papers as possible starting with the more recent one and posting ur queries on xpc or asking them from ur teachers and sirs
make sure to get all of ur doubts cleared and note down new things that u have learnt from by doing past papers in a register. like this u can easily access it whenever u study and it will be imprinted in ur mind

make sure to be regular at school as any tests occuring in school will help u determine the status of ur studies, and will create an urge to succeed above others

make sure to solve all the past papers from the last 10 years and if u have time, do solve other old past papers. u can find these in the form of a book in the market and might include past papers dating as far back as the 70s (they mostly contain 1987+)

also when solving past papers, u encounter a difficulty, do highlight it and add it to ur notes or put a mark on it so that u know to go revise that thing which u do not know
like this all of ur concepts will be cleared and sufficient practice of past papers can also be done
