How to study ICT efficiently?

i havent studied the ict theoretical from the beginning of the year till now but i am good at the practical

so how can i study ict specially the theoretical efficiently?

here's how i do , rather than memorizing , i try to understand it, and what i mostly like about ict is it is 70% based on common sense ^_^ do more past papers, and then check your answers, if its wrong, do it again after some hours or days
