Different Centre have different reading of titre, hence different results, no one confirm the titre except the supervisor in your centre who have performed this experiment

I guess the improvement could be ...: carry out more heatings until there is no change in the overall mass as this ensures that maximum water has been vapourised and left.. whAt do you think?
